Formerly located in the main hospital building, the Heart Institute has relocated its inpatient component into Saint John's new Chan Soon-Shiong Center for Life Sciences— a four-story, high-tech patient services building which now serves as the home of Saint John's Critical Care Center.
Occupying the entire second floor of the Chan Soon-Shiong Center for Life Sciences, the Critical Care Center is a world-class facility designed to treat the most seriously ill individuals in a technically outstanding, patient-friendly environment that incorporates the latest advances in cutting edge care. As part of this new center, Saint John's Heart Institute offers exceptional capabilities for the treatment and care of cardiac patients.
