are pleased to announce the formation of the
Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Program
The program will provide comprehensive care for patients with Gastrointestinal Cancers
with special emphasis to diseases of the liver, gall bladder, bile duct and pancreas, which
would encompass both benign and malignant tumors.
Services include:
• Minimally invasive laparoscopic & robotic surgery
• State-of-the art diagnostic evaluations
• Cutting-edge oncology treatment
• Multidisciplinary team approach with surgeons, gastroenterologists,
• radiologists, pathologists, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists
• Individualized treatment plan for patients
Through collaboration with the John Wayne Cancer Institute, the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Program also conducts translational research and clinical trials.
The program also sponsors continuing medical education, fellowship training and patient support groups.
