Quit Smoking for Good

Weight Loss Program
13-week weight management course featuring a weekly educational support group meeting instructed by a dietitian. Cost is $300. For those without a current gym membership, we are offering limited membership with the Westside Family YMCA and Santa Monica Spectrum Health Club for $175.
This program is not designed for people with physical limitations and chronic debilitating conditions that should be working out in a physical therapy setting with trained personnel. Advance registration required. Call Marissa Contreras at (310) 582-7469 for more details.
